Working closely with the client to completely understand their space requirements; an involved survey was conducted. From this the electrical design identified the details of the installation programme and the critical timings.
Technically the project involved a number of significantly different environments. Each requiring their own bespoke approach from the roof space to board room, kitchen build out and secure basement housing the LV panels and mechanical equipment.
Overall the desire was to create an open industrial finish which included a large, modern reception area. It was therefore essential to work extremely closely with the other on-site contractors to ensure deadlines were met.
“It is always a massive undertaking tackling a project like this, not to mention the complexities of operating right in the heart of London too. What we needed was a trusted electrical contractor that would listen, advise, give recommendations and deliver. And that is exactly what Moyne did!”Rory Smyth, Director at Swallow Place
