This property required stripping right back and completely refurbishing to a high end specification within a tight timescale.

The project was led by BW – the workplace experts and involved several aspects which needed to be tightly weaved together. Moyne’s role was to conduct an electrical design survey, create a fitting programme and the installation.

From a blank space a number of environments were created including power desks. The location required a Cat A installation of power, lighting, lighting control, data, security access control and fire. The final result was a versatile work space finished to an extremely high end specification.
