The project was a stage 4 design & build to transform the environment from a CAT A to CAT B for the accountancy giant KPMG offices at 23 Forbury Place, Reading. While the start of the project was delayed and initially slow moving, we managed with BW, to get the project back on track and enable the client to move into the premises as planned. This was achieved by constantly communicating any client’s change of scope through the weekly meetings with the client and architect which ensured all changes were identified and addressed. This also included working closely with all other trades through constant on site co-ordination and open communication, including with the client to make sure key specifics were implemented such as lighting and floor grommets set out correctly. In particular, Moyne were responsible for:

- Small Power
- Underfloor Power Distribution
- New Kitchen Supplies and Switchgear
- Mechanical Supplies
- Fire Alarm Facilities
